CCSNH Partnership

Turn Your Associate into a Bachelor’s!

We are proud to work closely with our community colleges partners so students can turn their associate degree into a bachelor’s at the UNH College of Professional studies with a seamless transition. With our leadership in online degree programs and supportive staff, UNH CPS is a natural and convenient next step for New Hampshire’s community college graduates.

All of our bachelor’s degree programs are available for community college graduates; however, our Transfer Pathways offer the most credit-efficient approach.

Use the below documents as a resource to plan what you take at your community college in preparation for transferring into our bachelor’s degree programs.

Please note: Granite State College and the University of New Hampshire (UNH) have merged to become the University of New Hampshire College of Professional Studies (UNH CPS). For the most up-to-date information about CCSNH pathways for individual degree programs, please connect with an advisor.
